Directions.

Satnav works very well and the postcode LE158SS will take you directly to the address. Manton Lodge is the only property off Lodge Lane, marked by some white stones at the top of the drive. Please cross over the cattle grid and drive on down to the main house, then ring the bell. Please let us know what time you expect to arrive so that we can be on hand to greet you. Linen & Laundry.

We provide all bedding plus linen and towels for your stay. We do not provide a laundry service.

Bed set up.

Beds will be set up as super-king double as standard. Twin set-up is available on request.

Pets.

We welcome well-behaved pets by prior arrangement. Pets are not allowed on the furniture. There is a charge of £25 per week.

Supplies.

The following items are provided: all kitchen equipment and utensils including toaster, kettle, tea towel, oven gloves, washing-up cloths and liquid; hand-soap; 2 toilet rolls; hairdryer; fan; vacuum cleaner and brush. An iron and ironing board are available on request.

Equipment.

The Garden Apartment has a fully fitted kitchen with oven and four ceramic hobs; microwave; fridge. It does not have a washing machine.

The Valley View apartment has a fitted galley kitchen with combination oven (microwave and convection); two counter-top electric hobs; fridge; and washing machine.

Wifi. We have a strong wifi signal throughout the property with good speeds supporting most applications.

Parking and storage.

There is ample parking. We can offer covered storage for bicycles or other equipment. We are protected by 24 hour CCTV.

Electric vehicles.

We can run a cable from the mains to slow charge EVs if needed.

Walks.

There are lovely trails around Rutland Water – excellent for walking and cycling – and these are easily accessible from the property. The Wing Maze and MacMillan Way are walkable. Guests are also welcome to walk around the 110 acres belonging to the property (please respect the Countryside Code).
