A non-returnable deposit of 30% (“the Deposit”) is required at the time of booking by cheque or Bank Transfer.
The balance of the Rental Amount must have been received by the Owner not later than 4 weeks prior to the commencement of that letting. The balance can be made by Bank Transfer or cheque.
Any booking made within 4 weeks of the commencement date must be paid in full on booking.
In the event of any monies to be paid or the balance thereof not being received by the Owner by the date(s) specified, the Owner reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the Deposit as a cancellation fee.
The Owner appreciates that cancellations may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note the deposit is non-returnable for all bookings. Should you need to cancel your reservation please advise the Owner immediately. We will endeavour to re let the apartment in all cases.
For all bookings: If you cancel within 2 weeks of the scheduled check-in time on the date of arrival, you will be charged the full amount of your booking, including any booking extras unless the apartment can be re-let, in which case the the full amount will be refunded less the 30% deposit. The Owner strongly advises you to make your own arrangements for holiday insurance.
The Owner reserves the right to cancel the booking or to curtail the letting at any time. In the unlikely event of this happening, the Owner will refund proportionate monies in relation to the booking, however the Owner will not be liable for any losses, costs or expenses incurred by the Hirer in consequence upon the cancellation nor for any damages for breach of contract.
The Owner is not responsible for any deaths, injuries, illness or loss or damage to property including motor vehicles or to that of any guest, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by the Owner.
The Owner will ensure that the apartments are clean and tidy upon arrival of guests, it is essential however that any defect or shortage is reported to the Owner immediately, in order that the problem can be solved as quickly as possible. Should any problems arise while you are here, the Owner would appreciate being advised immediately. The Owners guests are to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition, and to pay for or replace any loss or damage incurred during their stay. The Owner reserves the right to enter the property if necessary during your stay.
The accommodation is available from 4.00pm on the day of arrival (or earlier by arrangement) and must be vacated by 11.00am on the day of departure.
The price of the accommodation is on a per room basis and includes the following: electricity, linen, towels, hot water, and central heating.
The apartments are suitable for 2 people, any third person will be charged £25 for the first night then £5 per night thereafter. (Excluding babies)
Put-u-up £25 for first night, then £5 per night.

Well behaved pets are welcome. Dogs are priced at £25 each per week by arrangement.
